Overtime, the needs of the ministry outgrow the volunteer’s experience and comfort level. This can result in errors and mistakes that can hurt the overall ministry. We guarantee our work - if there ever is a mistake as a result of our work, we make it right on our dime.
ACCOUNTABILITY - One goal of all biblical ministries is to steward the resources they are given with faithfulness and efficiency. Our services COMPLIMENT the oversight provided by leadership by giving them the tools they need to run the ministry. As an outsider, we provide accurate reports with no emotions attached. This protects the integrity of the work being done by having financial reports and payroll taxes/filings that are audit ready.
SAVE MONEY - Compared to an in-house bookkeeper, when considering wages, employer taxes and benefits, HarQuin is often much less than HALF the cost. We also include the cost of the accounting software with our services, and this saves the ministry an additional $500+ per year.

We can enter all giving data weekly if needed.
If your church doesn’t have an online giving program, no problem! We can track the data and produce giving statements annually. -
HarQuin will make a custom bill pay process that ensures timely payment to vendors and verify all bills are approved by the appropriate parties.
We can do this on whatever schedule is needed. It’s generally done weekly or bi-weekly.
Got reimbursements? Not a problem. We create a custom app for you and your team to use. -

We will enter your budget into your QuickBooks file so we can produce monthly reports. -
